Product Overview
The Copper Rod Breakdown Machine is a high-efficiency production line designed for drawing 8mm copper rods (low-oxygen or oxygen-free) into intermediate wires ranging from 1.2mm to 3.5mm. As the primary process in wire and cable manufacturing, it combines high-speed drawing with online continuous annealing to ensure superior wire quality and conductivity.

Integrated Online Annealing: Equipped with a high-capacity DC continuous annealing system to eliminate work hardening. This ensures the finished wire is soft, bright, and has excellent elongation and electrical conductivity.
Precision Control System: Utilizes advanced PLC and HMI (Touch Screen) control. The synchronized AC variable frequency drive system maintains constant tension during startup, acceleration, and emergency stops, preventing wire breakage.
Advanced Lubrication: Features a powerful, fully-enclosed immersion or spray lubrication system that provides maximum cooling and lubrication to the dies and capstans, extending their service life and ensuring a smooth surface finish.

Drawing Host: Multi-pass drawing with tungsten carbide or PCD dies.
Continuous Annealer: For online softening and oxidation prevention.
